You can return an unused product within the 14 day time period starting from the day of the purchase. However, you have to take into account that only full price items may be refunded and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. If the item you purchased is defective, please send us message using our contact form. In the case that the item has a technical issue, we will arrange for the item to be examined by the warranty service and if necessary repair or replace the item.

Delivery times for order from the Baltic states take usually 3-6 working days from the moment it has been shipped out from our warehouse.

Delivery times outside of the Baltic states can take longer.

Cards

You can use your Credit card to shop at RobertSmart.com. American Express, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted. As part of the ordering process, you will need to enter your Credit card number, the expiry date and the verification code on the backside on your card. Stripe will process your payments for additional security, and your account will be charged once the order has been submitted.

Apple Pay

You can use your ApplePay account to shop at RobertSmart.com. After selecting this payment method, double-click the side button on your iPhone iPad or Apple Watch to verify your payment with Face ID or your passcode. After the payment has been secured, you will receive a checkmark on your screen.
