Step 10/13 New program: Monitor your security cameras now also on your computer

We're launching a whole new way of keeping up with your home security. A few selected smart cameras now offer a unique opportunity as RobertSmart is taking you into the realm of the unexpected. Now you can stream your surveillance cameras on your computer as we continue to grow across various mediums. From your living room to the front door and even back to your garden - view all of your cameras at once on a larger screen. The new software framework enables you to access the view of each corner on your screen.

Once you have added your smart cameras to our RobertSmart App, you will be connected to this program within seconds.

Here is how you can do it:

1. Open this Link on your desktop

2. Open our RobertSmart App on your smartphone

3. Select "Me"

4. Select the QR scanning option at the top right side

5. Scan the QR code that is visible on your computer screen 

6. Confirm the login

Once you are in, you can start browsing through this program as you will have to repeat these steps only once. Just go directly to this Link and you will be automatically logged in.

If you have multiple Virtual Homes, it is possible to switch on the top left side at any given time.

Moreover, you can choose the Layout of your computer screen. With this feature, it is possible to adjust the view to cover up to 9 spaces at once.

Usually, you would find this feature within expensive and complicated surveillance systems, but now it is available to anyone. You can view 1, 4 or 9 cameras together and change it with a single push of a button.

Every camera also has a primary Off function that will enable you to further organize your screen. If you click on the Off button on the top right side of each screen, this camera view will disappear from the main camera Layout. To put it back within the Layout, click on the specific camera on the left side. This functionality extends beyond our RobertSmart App, thus, for the time being, it is only available inside this desktop program. When working with several cameras at the same time, this button can be useful to focus on particular angles.

It is in your best interest to save all video content within a storage space to have the added protection. For this, we offer two possible options:

• Insert a microSD card
• Subscribe to Cloud Storage for a small monthly fee

If you want to get a Cloud Storage space, you can access all your data within this program. In this case, you will notice that it is far more comfortable to playback surveillance tapes on a bigger screen. Because all data is saved within the cloud, no matter what happens to the camera it will be safely stored for easy access.

If you are already familiar with our RobertSmart App, you will notice that some important surveillance features are also available within this program.

• The two-way talk feature is no longer limited to your smartphone as you can talk with anyone within the range of the camera from computer. Moreover, they can communicate back to you.
• Don't worry about the sound being too loud or quiet, as all the volume settings will be at your disposal.
• Also, if you have set up our indoor 360° camera, you can rotate the camera with your mouse to gain a view of a completely different side.
